Research on rapid circulation of lubricating oil in positive and negative screw compressor

通过分析阴阳螺杆式压缩机冷却系统控制原理、润滑油的路径、润滑油冬季不能快速循环的原因,论述了改善冬季阴阳螺杆式压缩机环境温度方案,改造了冷却系统风扇运行方式,确保阴阳螺杆式压缩机机头供油量,从而解决了实际生产中遇到的问题,提升了生产效率,有利于进一步提高阴阳螺杆式低压风机润滑油快速循环。

In order to explain the control principle of cooling system for positive and negative screw compressor,the path of lubricating oil and the reason of lubricating oil without quick circulate in winter,the scheme of improving the ambient temperature for positive and negative screw compressor in winter was discussed,and fan operation mode of cooling system was reformed to ensure the oil supply of head for positive and negative screw compressor.Thus,the problems encountered in actual production are solved and the production efficiency is improved.It is conducive to further improve the rapid circulation of lubricating oil for positive and negative screw compressor.
