补连塔选煤厂重介质渣浆泵密封方式优化及应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了延长重介离心泵使用周期、降低突发故障率,研究了补连塔选煤厂重介离心泵轴承组件、轴套损伤快的原因。基于单因素解决方案,提出了补连塔选煤厂重介离心泵密封方式优化方案。结果表明,采用橡胶骨架唇形密封方式优化方案,密封效果良好,设备运行稳定,泵组件及轴套使用周期由原来6个月延长至36个月,大大降低了维修费用,每年节约成本316.17万元。 In order to prolong the service life of the heavy-medium centrifugal pump and reduce the sudden failure rate,the causes of rapid damage to the bearing components and shaft sleeves of the heavy-medium centrifugal pump at Bulianta Coal Preparation Plant were studied.Based on the single-factor solution of the existing problems,an optimization scheme for the sealing method of the dense-medium centrifugal pump at Bulianta Coal Preparation Plant was proposed.The results show that the use of the rubber skeleton lip-shaped sealing method to optimize the plan,the sealing effect is good,the equipment operation process is stable,the pump components and the shaft sleeve use cycle is extended from the original 6 months to 36 months,which greatly reduces the maintenance cost and saves every year.The cost is 3161700 yuan.
