Improving quality and efficiency based on technological innovation in Baode Coal Preparation Plant

为实现提质增效,保德选煤厂进行了大量技术创新工作,包括工艺创新、新设备应用、小改小革小发明推广等,有效保证了选煤厂煤质指标的完成,创造了可观效益,实现了节能降耗,降低了人力物力财力投入。在日后工作中,保德选煤厂制定了走技术创新群众路线、从自动化选煤向智能化选煤推进、加强技术人才培养和发掘这3个工作思路和工作方向。

In order to improve quality and efficiency,Baode coal preparation plant has carried out a lot of technological innovation,including process innovation,application of new equipment,promotion of small transformation and small invention,which effectively ensures the completion of coal quality indicators of the coal preparation plant,creates considerable benefits,realizes energy conservation and consumption reduction,and reduces human,material and financial investment.In the future work,Baode coal preparation plant has formulated three working ideas and directions:Taking the mass line of technological innovation,promoting from automatic coal preparation to intelligent coal preparation,strengthening the training and exploration of technical talents.
