摘要 烟气脱硝是我国火电机组实现环保运行的关键技术,其中SCR脱硝是技术主流。SCR脱硝过程需要消耗一定规模的催化剂。为了节约成本,提升经济效益,国内电厂开始逐渐采用国产催化剂,但在实际使用过程中发现国产催化剂在管道阻塞情形下寿命更短,而这种阻塞主要是由氨气泄漏腐蚀管道造成的。本文针对某厂SCR脱硝装置氨局部逃逸率过高引起空预器局部阻塞的问题,提出了基于大数据的统计分析方法,发现了机组喷氨不均情况。进而根据大数据分析结果提出了针对性试验调整方案,并对现场设备进行调整。重新投运后的结果表明,喷氨量较为均匀,氨气局部逃逸现象基本消失。 Flue gas denitrification is the key technology of environmental protection operation of thermal power units in China,and SCR denitrification is the mainstream technology.SCR denitrification process needs to consume a certain amount of catalyst.In order to save costs and improve economic benefits,domestic power plants began to use domestic catalysts gradually.However,compared with imported products,it was found that the service life of domestic catalysts was shorter in the case of pipeline blockage,which was mainly caused by ammonia leakage and corrosion of pipelines.In this paper,aiming at the problem of partial blockage of air preheater caused by high ammonia local escape rate in SCR denitrification unit of a power plant,the actual operation of the plant was statistically analyzed by using big data,and it was found that there was uneven ammonia injection.According to the analysis results of big data,the test adjustment scheme was puts forward,and field equipment was adjust according to the scheme.The operation results show that the ammonia injection quantity is more uniform,and the local ammonia escape phenomenon basically disappears.
