摘要
现役的CFB锅炉普遍存在带负荷能力差、床温高返料不稳定等问题。分析了影响CFB锅炉床温与负荷的影响因素,特别针对风帽和中心筒等因素进行深度解析。结果表明,合理的风帽结构、小孔风速、中心筒结构对床温、锅炉带负荷能力影响较大。返料器结构设计的优劣直接影响返料系统的正常工作,对锅炉床温及带负荷能力的高低影响较小。锅炉改造优化设计过程中,应针对不同煤种进行合理设计,方可保证锅炉稳定运行。
In-service CFB boilers has problem of poor load-carrying capacity,high bed temperature and unstable feed-back.The factors affecting on CFB boiler bed temperature and output were presented,and characteristics of air cap and central cylinder,etc.were deeply analysed.The results show that the reasonable air cap structure,the small hole wind speed and the central cylinder structure have great influence on the bed temperature and load capacity of the boiler.The structure design of reclaimer has direct influence on the normal operation of the system,and has little influence on the bed temperature and load capacity of the boiler.In the process of optimization design of boiler reconstruction,reasonable design should be carried out according to different kinds of coal in order to ensure the stable operation of the boiler.
