石圪台选煤厂药剂选择及添加系统优化研究

摘要 石圪台选煤厂存在矸石易泥化现象,随着近年来末煤入选量增大,次生煤泥增加,循环水水质变差,溢流水浓度升高,含泥量增大,需加入过量药剂。采用沉降试验选择药剂种类,并通过现场进一步论证药剂选择制度,提出了改造建议。改造后药剂添加方案合理性提高。通过将管道混合器与药剂制度联合作用,末煤入选上限从35%提高到45%,提高了循环水水质,提升了混煤煤质。 The gangue is easy to be slimed in Shigetai coal preparation Plant.In recent years,with the increase of the amount of final coal and secondary slime,the quality of the circulating water becomes worse,and the concentration of overflow water and mud content increase.It is necessary to add excessive medicament.The kinds of medicament were selected by settlement test,and the system of selecting medicament was usually further demonstrated on the spot.Finaly,the suggestions for improvement were put forward.After transformation,the rationality of reagent addition scheme is improved.Through combining action of pipeline mixer and reagent system,the upper limit of fine coal washery is raised from 35% to 45%,and the quality of circulating water and quality of blended coal are improved.
