摘要
针对上湾选煤厂无末煤洗选系统、产品结构单一等问题,通过对上湾选煤厂末煤采用干法分选的工业试验,结合筛分试验、浮沉试验,研究了末煤指标及其可选性。结果表明,上湾选煤厂末煤采用预先6 mm筛分后分选或分选后精煤产品经6 mm分级,均可得到特低灰产品,0~25 mm末原煤中可出特低灰产品产率为32.29%。末煤经干法分选,矸石产率为0.74%,精煤水分较原煤降低约0.1%,对于丰富产品种类、提升产品质量均有一定效果。
In view of the problem of single product structure in the no-fines coal washing system of Shangwan coal preparation plant the index and washability of fine coal were studied,through the industrial test of dry separation of the fine coal screening test and floating-sinking test.The results show that the ultra-low ash products can be produced by pre-sieving the fine coal with 6 mm size or by grading the fine coal with 6 mm size.The yield of ultra-low ash products is 32.29% in the 0-25 mm fine coal.After dry separation,the yield of gangue is 0.74%,and the water content of clean coal is about 0.1% lower than that of raw coal.
