摘要
煤炭是世界上储量最丰富的化石能源,其燃烧过程中会释放硫氧化物等有害气体。与传统的物理法和化学法脱硫相比较,微生物脱硫具有清洁高效等优势,对提高高硫煤利用率和减少大气环境污染具有重要意义。详细介绍了煤中硫的赋存形式以及无机硫和有机硫的生物脱除机理,综述了现有脱硫方法微生物浸出法和微生物预处理-浮选法的研究现状。对影响微生物生长及脱硫效率的关键因素(煤炭粒度、微生物种类和微生物生长环境)进行了对比分析,提出煤炭微生物脱硫存在的主要问题及发展趋势,为发展清洁高效的煤炭微生物脱硫技术提供参考。
Coal is the most abundant fossil energy in the world. However,the combustion process will be accompanied by the emission of harmful gases such as sulfur oxides,which will have a negative impact on the ecological environment and human health. Compared with the traditional physical and chemical desulfurization technology,coal microbial desulfurization technology has advantages such as clean and efficient,which is of great significance for improving the utilization of high sulfur coal and alleviating air pollution. In this article,the occurrence of sulfur in coal and the biological removal mechanism of inorganic sulfur and organic sulfur,and desulfurization methods including microbial leaching and microbial pretreatment-flotation were discussed in detail. Besides,a comparative analysis of the key factors( coal particle size,microbial species and microbial growth environment) affecting microbial growth and desulfurization efficiency was carried out,and the main problems and development trends of microbial desulfurization technology were proposed to provide scientific reference for the development of clean and efficient microbial desulfurization technology.
