摘要 截至2018年底,除部分地区外,国内火电机组已基本完成改造。选择国内某电厂脱硝系统超低排放改造前后的运行数据,分析当前主流脱硝超低排放技术路线特点和应用情况,从机组基本情况、脱硝效率及NO_(x)排放、脱硝系统喷氨量、脱硝系统压降、催化剂活性等5个参数,分析脱硝系统超低排放改造后的变化以及超低排放改造后可能存在的问题。 By the end of 2018,domestic thermal power units except some areas have basically completed the renovation.In this paper,the operation data of a domestic power plant before and after the ultra-low emission renovation were analyzed in detail,and the characteristics and application of the current mainstream ultra-low emission technology route were analyzed.The parameters of ultra-low emission renovation of denitrification system were analyzed from five aspects:basic conditions of unit,denitrification efficiency and NO_(x)emission,ammonia injection rate of denitrification system,pressure drop of denitrification system and catalyst activity.Changes and possible problems after ultra-low emission renovation was analyzed.
