摘要
传统层燃锅炉技术存在低效率和高污染的问题,随着国家对中小型燃煤锅炉能效和环保性能要求的不断提高,层燃锅炉技术及其在用产品急需改造和替换。高效煤粉锅炉系统具有远优于传统层燃锅炉的技术优势,对已投产4×58 MW层燃锅炉进行改造,分析锅炉本体改造为煤粉锅炉的技术路线、改造难点、工程量、实施周期、投资以及改造后锅炉预期达到的设计指标,得出层燃锅炉改为煤粉锅炉的可实施范围以及达标情况。
The traditional layer-fired boiler technology has problems of low efficiency and high pollution.With the continuous improvement of energy efficiency and environmental protection performance of small and medium-sized coal-fired boilers in China,the layer-fired boiler technology and its products in use are in urgent need of transformation and replacement.Efficient pulverized coal fired boiler system has a far superior to the traditional layer combustion boiler technology advantages,this article selects 4×58 MW have been put into operation in layer combustion boiler,boiler body transformation for pulverized coal fired boiler technical route,the transformation of the difficulty,quantities,implementation period,investment and is expected to achieve the design of the modified boiler indicators,draw a layer combustion boiler to pulverized coal fired boiler can implementation scope and standards.
