摘要
利用固定床对兰炭进行气化时,必须使用块状兰炭,在此过程中煤炭转化率较低,气化强度较小,会产生难以处理的含酚废水。从兰炭的煤质分析、成浆性能、反应活性以及气化过程模拟着手,分析了兰炭用于水煤浆气化的可行性。结果表明:通过制浆试验得出兰炭的成浆浓度可达61.5%左右,黏度在300~1100 m Pa·s,添加剂添加量在0.2%~0.6%,浆体各项性能能够满足气化需要。热重分析显示兰炭在1200℃下已反应完全,在特定条件下反应活性良好。ASPEN PLUS软件模拟气化试验显示水炭浆气化可获得较好的气体组分(CO 50.4%,H224.2%)及碳转化率(94.1%)。
When the fixed bed is used to gasify the orchid charcoal,the massive orchid charcoal must be used.In this process,the conversion rate of the coal and gasification intensity are low,and the phenol containing wastewater which is difficult to treat will be produced.In this paper,the feasibility of semi-coke water slurry(SCWS)gasification regarding coal quality,slurry properties,semi-coke reactivity,and gasification process simulation were studied.The slurry properties also fulfill the gasification requirements,which are concentration of the prepared SCWS with approximately 61.5%,viscosity lay within the range of 300-1100 m Pa·s,the additive amount with 0.2%-0.6%.Thermogravimetric analysis show that the semi-coke reactes completely at 1200℃with good reactivity under optimum conditions.The ASPEN PLUS software simulation gasification test show that better gas composition with 50.4%CO and 24.2%H2,and carbon conversion of 94.1%could be obtained through SCWS gasification.
