摘要 针对加压过滤机在使用过程中出现的电耗量大、运行效率低等现象,结合国产加压过滤机运行实际,根据入料泵、低压风机、阀门开度、入料粒度、加压过滤机日常维护等现状,优化了加压过滤机启车程序,优化了阀门的开度和压风机压力,制定了参粗参细的标准,并根据入料粒度组成分析制定了滤布混合搭配安装方式,同时将低压风机半自动升级为全自动变频启动等,并制定节能降耗措施及方案,并提出相应的节能技术。选煤厂一台GPJ-72型加压过滤机运行1 a,年节余电费约135万元,运行成本大幅降低,提高了选煤厂的利润空间,达到节能降耗的目的。 Aiming at the phenomena of high power consumption and low operation efficiency in the use of pressure filters,combined with the actual operation of domestic pressure filters,according to the current situation of feed pumps,low pressure fans,valve opening,feed size,and daily maintenance of pressure filters,the start-up procedure of pressure filters,the opening of valves,and the pressure of pressure fans are optimized,and the formulation is made. According to the analysis of feed size composition,the installation mode of filter cloth mixing and matching is established. At the same time,the low-pressure fan is semi-automatic upgraded to full-automatic frequency conversion startup. A series of measures and schemes for energy saving and consumption reduction are formulated,and corresponding energy saving technologies or measures are put forward. A GPJ-72 pressurized filter in coal preparation plant runs for one year,saving about1.35 million yuan of electricity per year,which reduces the operation cost of coal preparation plant significantly,thus improving the profit margin of coal preparation plant and achieving the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
