胶带机物料防自流检测保护装置在锦界选煤厂的应用

Application of material self-flow detection and protection device of belt conveyor in Jinjie coal preparation plant

胶带运输机是工程行业物料运输的重要设备,常见的胶带机故障有运行时胶带跑偏,胶带过载撒料、胶带爬坡时物料自流等。以胶带机运输煤料为例,如果原煤水分较高,容易发生煤自流,出现胶带机过载撒煤的现象,自流严重时可能造成胶带机压死。针对锦界选煤厂现有胶带机物料自流保护装置的缺陷,设计研制了一种胶带机物料检测保护装置,通过设置2台料位检测仪监测胶带机物料输运情况,可及时发现异常现象。该保护装置结构简单,运行稳定,特别适用于输送物料外水大的胶带机。

Belt conveyor is an important equipment for material transportation in the engineering industry. Common faults of belt conveyor include belt deviation,belt overload sprinkling,self-flowing of materials when belt climbing slope,etc. Take belt conveyor for example,if the moisture content of raw coal is high,self-flow is prone to occur,and then the phenomenon of overloading coal on belt conveyor may cause the belt conveyor to die. Aiming at the defects of the self-current protection device for belt conveyor materials in Jinjie coal preparation plant,a kind of detection and protection device for belt conveyor materials is designed and developed. By setting up two material level detectors to monitor the transport of belt conveyor materials,abnormal phenomena can be found in time. The protection device is simple in structure and stable in operation. It is especially suitable for belt conveyor with large external water of materials.
