选煤厂胶带运输机清扫器的研究应用

Research and application of belt conveyor cleaner in coal preparation plant

为提高胶带机带面的清扫效果,减少清扫器对带面的磨损,介绍了原有3种胶带机清扫器的种类和工作原理,针对原有清扫器工作压力大,胶带机运行阻力增加,带面磨损严重,极易造成撕带事故等问题,研究了3种新型清扫器,分别是弹簧式清扫器、重锤式清扫器和旋转式清扫器,并对其应用效果进行分析。结果表明:新型清扫器有自调节功能,调节范围更大、更稳定;清扫器块使用寿命延长,更加有利于节约成本;清扫器与带面接触更加均匀稳定,提高了清扫效率,同时维护量降低,更易调节,人员工效提高,避免了损伤带面,延长了胶带机胶带使用寿命,有效降低胶带机走廊煤尘。

In order to improve the cleaning effect of the tape machine belt surface and reduce the wear of the cleaning device on the belt surface,three types and working principles of the original three belt conveyor cleaners are introduced. In order to solve the problems of high working pressure of the original sweeper,increased resistance of the tape machine,serious wear of the belt surface,and easy to cause belt tearing accidents,three new sweeper types were studied,namely spring-loaded cleaners,heavy-duty cleaners and rotary cleaners,and their effects were analyzed. The result shows that the new cleaner has the self-adjusting function,the adjusting range is larger and more stable.The service life of sweeper block is prolonged,which is more conducive to cost saving. The contact between the cleaner and the belt surface is more uniform and stable,which improves the cleaning efficiency,reduces the maintenance amount,makes it easier to adjust,improves the work efficiency of personnel,avoids the damage to the belt surface,extends the service life of the belt conveyor,and effectively reduces the coal dust in the belt conveyor corridor.
