摘要
针对补连塔选煤厂2-2煤水洗系统介质回收采用直接一段磁选,磁选机经常出现无溢流或溢流量较少,分流时合格介质直接回到磁选机,导致磁选机入料浓度突然升高,造成磁选机回收效率下降,磁选尾矿中磁性物含量较高的问题,结合2-2煤主洗系统实际情况,提出通过简单改造块煤介质系统管路,对块煤系统磁选尾矿进行二次磁选。结果显示,磁选机每小时的入料量增加,同时入料中固体物含量也增加,但磁性物含量所占百分数变小,起到稀释入料浓度的作用,溢流效果得到改善,磁选机效率提升0.05%左右,可增加经济效益42.46万元左右。
Aiming at the problem of medium recovery of 2-2 coal washing system in Bulianta Coal Preparation Plant,direct magnetic separation adopted,the magnetic separator often has no overflow or less overflow. When shunting,the qualified medium returns directly to the magnetic separator,resulting in a sudden increase in the feed concentration of the magnetic separator,a decrease in the recovery efficiency of the magnetic separator and a higher magnetic content in the magnetic separation tailings. According to the actual situation of the main washing system of 2-2 coal,it was proposed that the magnetic separation tailings of the lump coal system should be secondary magnetic separation by simply reforming the pipeline of the lump coal medium system. The results show that the feed volume per hour of magnetic separator increases,while the solid content in the feed increases. But the percentage of magnetic content decreases,which plays a role in diluting the feed concentration. The overflow effect is improved. The efficiency of magnetic separator is increased by 0.05% and the economic benefit would be increased by about 424.6 thousand yuan.
