摘要
补连塔选煤厂筛分系统先后经过3次改扩建,由于非同期建造,存在诸多制约生产问题。为解决1-2煤主选系统和2-2煤主选系统入选量最大化,减轻2-2煤主选煤泥水系统压力,以及进一步提高生产效率等问题,分析了筛分系统工艺流程,介绍了筛分系统的优化措施,包括:三产品到四产品筛分工艺优化,末煤入选量自动调节优化,配筛刮板机卸料方式优化,自动逆转程序等,并提出了现有问题及解决措施。
The screening system of Bulianta coal preparation plant has undergone three times of reconstruction and expansion.Due to nonsimultaneous construction,there are many problems restricting production.In order to solve the problems of maximizing the washing capacity of the 1-2 coal main washing system and the 2-2 coal main washing system,reducing the pressure of the 2-2 coal main washing slime water system,and further improving the production efficiency,etc.,the process flow of the screening system is analyzed,the optimization measures of the screening system are introduced,including: optimization of the screening process from three products to four products,automatic adjustment and optimization of fine coal washing quantity,optimization of discharging mode of screen scraper and Automatic reverse procedure,etc.,and the existing problems and solutions are put forward.
