摘要
针对上湾选煤厂筛机安装角度过大,筛分效率低、原煤入选率低、物料错配物含量高等问题,引进并应用了自清洁新型筛板。基于上湾选煤厂实际生产情况,利用对比筛分试验,判定了该筛板13和25 mm两种不同筛孔下的综合分离指数。通过与传统聚氨酯筛板试验数据对比,得出自清洁筛板在25 mm分级时的综合分离指数较传统筛板25 mm联合50 mm分级时的综合分离指数高1.83%,且筛板的使用寿命延长,不仅提升了入选率,还有效降低了筛分物料的错配物含量,减轻了煤泥水处理压力,保证了筛下混煤的粒度稳定率。
In view of the problems such as too large installation angle of screening machine,low screening efficiency,low raw coal selection rate and high content of material mismatch in Shangwan coal preparation plant,a new type of self-cleaning screen plate is introduced and applied. Based on the actual production situation of Shangwan coal preparation plant,the comprehensive separation indexes of 13 and 25 mm sieve plates were determined by comparative screening test. Compared with the test data of traditional polyurethane sieve plate,the comprehensive separation index of self-cleaning sieve plate in 25 mm classification is 1.83% higher than that of traditional sieve plate in25 mm combined with 50 mm classification,and the service life of sieve plate is extended,which not only improves the selection rate,but also effectively reduces the content of mismatch in screening materials,reduces the treatment pressure of slime water and ensures the coal blending under the screen particle size stability.
