为了实现生产经营效益最大化,针对补连塔选选煤厂生产管理中存在的问题,以选煤厂的安全生产经营管理过程为研究对象,研究了再安全管理、党建引领、提质增效、降本增效、智能化建设、人才引领等方案可实现或支撑实现选煤厂效益最大化的方案,提出基于价值创造的"1136"运行管理模式。以党建为引领;以价值创造为导向;创造高效率生产、创造高效益运营、创造高质量发展;实施提效增效、降本增效、提质增效、内部市场化、质量标准化、创新智能化,通过运营管理方案的实施,实现选煤厂的高效率生产、高效益运营、高质量发展,生产年度利润预计达到4.5亿元。

In order to maximize the production and operating benefits,aims at the problems existing in the production management of the coal preparation plant,this paper takes the production and operation management process as the research object,and studies the schemes that can realize or support the maximization of the benefit of the coal preparation plant,such as re-safety management,leading by the party construction,intelligent construction,talent leading,etc.,and puts forward the " 1136" operation management mode based on value creation. Guided by party construction,oriented by value creation,to create high efficiency production,high efficiency operation and high quality development. Through the implementation of the operation management program,such as efficiency improvement,cost-reduction,quality improvement,internal marketization,quality standardization,innovation and intelligence,the coal preparation plant is about to achieve high efficiency production,high efficiency operation,high quality development,production annual profit is expected to reach 450 million yuan.
