新时代大学生就业价值引领的根本遵循和实践路径——基于长安大学的探索与实践

The Fundamental Follow And Practice Path of Guiding the Employment Value of College Students in the New Era——Exploration and Practice Based on Chang'an University

高校毕业生是我国宝贵的人力资源。新时代大学生在多元社会思潮的影响下择业理想信念和就业价值观念呈现出新变化新特点,毕业生择业时普遍面临价值理性与工具理性的摇摆困惑,高等院校如何引导大学生树立昂扬向上的就业观和择业观成为社会关注的热点。研究基于长安大学近几年的实践探索,分析新时代大学生就业价值引领的根本遵循和现实困境,探索全员就业育人、全过程就业育人、全方位就业育人的优化路径,以期实现满足国家战略需求、达成学校培养目标、体现学生个人价值等三个维度的有机统一,促进毕业生高质量充分就业。

The university graduate is precious human resources in our country.In the new era,under the collision of diverse social culture,college students'ideal belief and employment value show new changes and new characteristics,graduates generally face the confusion of value rationality and tool rationality when choosing careers.How colleges and universities guide college students to set up high attitude of employment and career choice has become a hot topic of social concern.The research is based on the practice and exploration of Chang'an University in recent years,analysis of the new era of college students employment value leading the fundamental follow and realistic dilemma,explore ways to optimize employment and education for all,the whole process,and all aspects,in order to meet the national strategic needs,achieve the goal of school training,reflect the student's personal value of three dimensions of the organic unity,promote high-quality and full employment for graduates.
