高校创业指导骨干教师胜任力要素研究

Research On the Competency Factors of Backbone Teachers of Entrepreneurship Guidance in Colleges and Universities

当前,创业作为促进高校毕业生就业的重要途径,创新创业教育和创业项目指导在高校中得到重视,这也对创业指导教师的能力和素质提出高要求,他们要能够完成创业课程讲授、创业实践培训、创业项目指导等系列工作,他们的胜任力对于学生创业成功至关重要。本文基于胜任力模型,从创业指导教师的能力出发,针对创业指导骨干教师这一群体,从基本教学能力、科研能力、创业认知能力、教练技术、师生共创能力和个人特质六个方面进行研究,提出高校创业骨干指导教师的创业认知、创业意识、创业精神等28项胜任力要素,以期为创业指导骨干教师胜任力模型更好应用做好准备。

At present,the“Internet+”and“Challenge cup”Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions are the very important two big events,innovative entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial project guidance are becoming more and more important in colleges and universities,it puts forward high request for the entrepreneurial guidance teachers,they must have a number of abilities and qualities,such as,be able to complete innovation on entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship practice training,entrepreneurship project guide and so on series of work.In this paper,it proposed the twenty-eight competency factors of backbone teachers in colleges and universities,such as entrepreneurial cognition,entrepreneurial consciousness and entrepreneurial spirit,based on the competency model,combining with the characteristics of entrepreneurial guidance backbone teachers,from the basic teaching ability,research ability,basic ability,coach technology,teachers and students to create ability and personal qualities from six aspects,preparing for the application of competency model of entrepreneurship guidance backbone teachers.
