摘要
本研究基于西北地区民族高校在校大学生的调查数据,对民族高校大学生的就业能力及影响因素进行实证分析。结果显示:西北民族高校大学生的总就业能力处于中等偏上水平,就业能力各维度水平表现不同,且在民族、城乡、年级、学习和个人实习实践等方面存在显著差异;个人、学校、政策、家庭等因素均对民族高校大学生的就业能力有显著影响。民族高校大学生就业能力的培养和提升需要考虑多种因素的影响,建立多方联动工作机制,并重视学生群体的差异性。
Based on the survey data of ethnic college students in Northwest China,this study makes an empirical analysis on the employability and influencing factors of ethnic college students.The results show that the total employability of college students in northwest ethnic universities is at the upper middle level,the level of each dimension of employability is different,and there are significant differences in ethnic group,urban and rural areas,grade,learning and personal practice;Individual,school,policy,family and other factors have a significant impact on the employability of ethnic college students.The cultivation and promotion of College Students'employability in minzu colleges and universities need to consider the influence of many factors,establish a multi-party linkage working mechanism,and pay attention to the differences of student groups.
