摘要
党的二十大报告指出:“科技是第一生产力,创新是第一动力,人才是第一资源”,中国特色社会主义现代化强国目标的实现,对高校围绕经济社会发展需求培养高素质人才提出更高要求。本文基于运用就业工作反馈人才培养的机制,构建一套全周期的就创互融教育模式的现状研究基础,提出建设新型“网格化+精细化”“全球化+区域化”“周期化+主题化”“阶梯化+协同化”及“精英化+专业化”大学生就创业融合式课程体系的实践进路。
The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that"science and technology is the first productive force,innovation is the first motive force,and talent is the first resource".The realization of the goal of building a powerful socialist country with Chinese characteristics puts forward higher requirements for colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality talents around the needs of economic and social development.Based on the mechanism of giving full play to the feedback of talent training in employment work,this paper constructs a set of current research basis of a full-cycle education model of integration of entrepreneurship and innovation,and puts forward a practical approach to building a new"grid+refinement","globalization+regionalization","cyclization+theme","ladder+collaboration"and"elite+specialization"integrated curriculum system for college students on entrepreneurship.
