高校毕业生就业焦虑现状及对策分析——以合肥职业技术学院为例 被引量:2

Analysis on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Employment Anxiety of College Graduates——Take Hefei Technology College as an Example

摘要 通过对合肥职业技术学院1706名毕业生进行问卷调查,发现女性毕业生的就业焦虑水平显著高于男性,文科毕业生就业焦虑水平显著高于理科毕业生,专业满意度低的毕业生就业焦虑水平显著高于专业满意度高的毕业生,农村毕业生就业焦虑水平显著高于城镇毕业生,没有实习或工作单位的毕业生就业焦虑水平显著高于已有实习或工作单位的毕业生。为缓解高校毕业生就业焦虑,高校应正视性别差异,做好就业指导差异化;因材施教,帮助毕业生提高就业竞争力;坚持以生为本,提升就业实效。注重理论联系实际,帮助毕业生增加就业实践经验,合理调整就业期望,贯彻三全育人。 A questionnaire was surveyed among 1706 graduates of Hefei Technology College,it is found that the employment anxiety level of female graduates is significantly higher than that of male graduates,and that of liberalarts graduates is significantly higher than that of science graduates,and that of graduates with low professional satisfaction is significantly higher than that of graduates with high professional satisfaction.Also,the employment anxiety level of rural graduates is significantly higher than that of urban graduates.and the employment anxiety level of graduates without internship or work unit is significantly higher than that of graduates with internship or work unit.In order to alleviate the employment anxiety of college graduates,colleges should face up to gender differencesand do a good job of differentiated employment guidance,teach students according to their aptitude and help graduates improve their competitiveness in employment.Colleges should also adhere to student-oriented,improve employment effectiveness.At the same time,colleges should payattention to the integration of theory with practice,help graduates to increase their practicalexperience in employment,help graduates establish reasonable employment expectations,and implement the Three-wide education.
