Exploration on the Construction of University Students'Career Development Education System from the Perspective of Labor Education

马克思主义劳动观指出,在关于人的全面发展的教育中,劳动教育是必不可少的关键组成部分。劳动教育的视域下构建具有中国特色的大学生职业生涯发展教育体系具有重要的理论价值和现实意义,关乎劳动教育的目的、路径和成效要求,也能满足国家、高校和学生个体的高质量就业要求,有必要在教育内涵和实现路径上进行体系化的探索。

The Marxist view of labor reveals the importance of labor education in the education for well-rounded personal development.From the perspective of labor education,building a career development education system with Chinese characteristics for university students has both significant theoretical value and practical importance,which in line with the purpose,path and effectiveness requirements of labor education.That also has practical needs to meet the national strategy,the mission of university,the goal of diversified student development,and solving current outstanding problems.It is necessary to systematically explore the content and the realization path of career development education from the perspective of labor education.
