滁州市雨水情自动测报站RTU设备升级维护方法探讨

摘要 为了提高滁州市雨水情自动测报数据质量,为各级防汛会商提供数据支撑,研究滁州市雨水情自动测报站运行过程中发生故障的解决方法,对提升滁州市水旱灾害的防御能力具有重要意义。结合实际运维情况,对滁州市辖区内的雨水情自动测报站RTU设备升级维护进行分析,主要介绍常规的整体设备更换和WATER 2000B RTU改WATER 2000C RTU法两种维修方法,分别从携带设备重量、维护所需时间、维护费用等方面进行比较,同时探讨故障站点自动巡查、远程运维、运维经验库等新的维护模式在雨水情自动测报站RTU设备升级维护中的应用。结果表明WATER 2000B RTU改WATER 2000C RTU法能提升维护效率和降低运维成本,故障率也呈逐年降低趋势。 In order to improve the data quality of automatic rainfall forecasting in Chuzhou,and provide data support for flood control consulation at all levels,the methods of solving the problems in the course of operation of automatic rainfall forecasting station in Chuzhou are studied,it is of great significance to enhance the ability of defending against flood and drought in Chuzhou.Based on the actual operation and maintenance situation,this paper analyzes the upgrading and maintenance of RTU equipment in the automatic measuring and reporting station of rain water regime in the area under the jurisdiction of Chuzhou City,and mainly introduces two maintenance methods,which are the conventional integral equipment replacement and the WATER 2000B RTU to WATER 2000C RTU method,compare the weight of the carrying equipment,the time needed for maintenance,the cost of maintenance,etc.,at the same time,this paper discusses the application of new maintenance modes such as automatic inspection of fault sites,remote operation and maintenance experience database in the upgrading and maintenance of RTU equipment in automatic measuring and reporting station of rain water regime.The results show that WATER 2000B RTU to WATER 2000C RTU method can improve the maintenance efficiency and reduce the maintenance cost,and the failure rate is decreasing year by year.
