沱河生态水位保障措施浅析

Safeguard measures analysis of the ecological water level for the Tuohe River

河湖生态水位是维系河湖生态系统健康,促进水资源可持续利用、保障水安全、贯彻落实国家生态文明建设一系列部署的重要举措。本文以沱河为例,根据沱河生态水位保障目标,明确各生态水位预警阈值,提出了重要控制工程科学调度、河道外用水管控等保障生态水位综合措施。

Ensuring the ecological water level of rivers and lakes is an important measure to maintain the health of river and lake ecosystems,promote the sustainable utilization of water resources,ensure water security,and implement a series of arrangements for the construction of national ecological civilization.Taking Tuohe River as an example,according to the ecological water level guarantee goal of Tuohe River,the early warning threshold of each ecological water level are clarified,and comprehensive measures to ensure the ecological water level such as scientific dispatching of important control projects and control of water outside the river are proposed in this paper.
