论美学事件:诗、史凝结的思

On Aesthetic Events: Thinking from the Perspective of Poetry and History

美学的存在形态,应当既有纯粹理论的,也有包含理论于事件之中的,后者,往往被美学史和美学研究忽视。美学事件具有极为深远的重要性,从根源上看,一切美学理论均来自美学事件,中国和古希腊文献皆可证明;另一方面,美学自身特性,决定了美学事件的研究是美学研究的根本。美学事件是在实有或虚拟的事件中,包孕着深邃复杂乃至阐释无尽的美学意蕴。这既取决于造成事件发生的动机,来自于情灵摇荡的感性欲求,又贯穿在事件的过程与结果中,经由特定媒介呈现出来。古希腊美学中,诗与哲学之争,导致逻各斯与密索斯分道扬镳,让美学丧失了重要内涵,美学需要以新的思维方式接纳美学事件。美学理论中,需要展现概念性人物的事件性内涵,把美学叙事以新的思维方式纳入其中。在美学事件的研究中,对易于理论化的"话",在"事"中做语境与语用的阐释与悟解,则可令美学思想呈现出其原本具有的复杂意蕴。

Aesthetics have two ways of being,i.e.,being in a pure theoretical form,or being embodied within events;and the latter is often ignored either in the aesthetic history or by aesthetic studies.Aesthetic events are of extremely far-reaching importance.For one thing,all aesthetic theories in either ancient Chinese or ancient Greek literature,if traced back to their roots,came from aesthetic events.For another,the nature of aesthetics determines that the study of aesthetic events is the foundation of aesthetic study.Aesthetic events are real or virtual events that contain aesthetic meanings deep,complicated and beyond explanation.This not only depends on the motive for the event and comes from the sensual desire to touch one’s heart,but also runs through the process to the result of the event and is presented via a specific medium.In ancient Greek aesthetics,the dispute between poetry and philosophy led to the separation of Logos and Mythos and deprived aesthetics of their important connotations.Aesthetics,consequently,needs to be incorporated into aesthetic events in a new way of thinking.In aesthetic theories,it is necessary to reveal the connotations of events embodied in those conceptual characters,thus allowing the aesthetic narrative a new way of expression.In the study of aesthetic events,the original complex meanings of aesthetic thought will be shown by interpreting and understanding the"words"that tend to be theorized contextually and pragmatically within"events".
