有形有感有效铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党的民族工作高质量发展的内在要求,关系实现中华民族伟大复兴所需力量的凝聚。有形有感有效三者在内涵上各有侧重,彼此辩证统一。党的十八大以来,内蒙古、广西、新疆等地方从法治保障、理论研究、宣传教育、测评指标等方面深入推进铸牢中华民族共同体意识,在有形有感有效上积累了宝贵经验。面向强国建设和民族复兴,有形有感有效铸牢中华民族共同体意识必须坚持党的全面领导、切实突出主线地位、坚持人民至上、坚持问题导向、坚持系统观念和建立考核测评指标体系。

The tangible and effective strengthening of the sense of community among the Chinese nation is an inherent requirement for the high-quality development of the Party’s ethnic work in the new era,and it is related to the cohesion of the forces required to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The three aspects of tangible,sensory,and effective have their own emphasis on connotation,and are dialectically unified with each other.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Inner Mongolia,Guangxi,Xinjiang and other regions have deepened their efforts to strengthen the awareness of the Chinese national community through legal protection,theoretical research,publicity and education,and evaluation indicators,accumulating valuable experience in tangible and effective ways.Facing the construction of a strong country and the rejuvenation of the nation,it is necessary to adhere to the comprehensive leadership of the Party,effectively highlight the main position,prioritize the people,adhere to problem orientation,adhere to a systematic concept,and establish an assessment and evaluation index system to effectively strengthen the sense of community of the Chinese nation.
