刑事案件侦查课程案例库的建设,是开展高质量案例教学进而提升课程品质的前提和基础。当前教学案例在储备和运用方面都存在不足,应严格把握选取原则,精心开展案例编写,认真组织、创新开展案例教学并积极开拓第二课堂。同时深度挖掘案例中的思政元素,推动案例教学与专业课程思政深度融合,有利于强化学生政治素质、培养学生侦查能力,实现德智并进的教学目标。

The construction of a case library for criminal investigation courses is a prerequisite and foundation for carrying out high-quality case teaching and improving course quality.There are deficiencies in the reserve and application of current teaching cases.We should strictly grasp the selection principles,carefully carry out case writing,organize and innovate case teaching,and actively explore the second classroom.At the same time,deeply exploring the ideological and political elements in case studies,promoting the deep integration of case teaching and professional course ideological and political education,is conducive to strengthening students’political quality,cultivating their investigative ability,and achieving the teaching goal of advancing both morality and intelligence.
