“教、学、练、战”一体化视角下多元联动教学模式构建——以《公安行政法学》课程为例

From the Integrated Perspective of“Teaching,Learning,Practice,and Combat”Construction of a Diversified Linkage Teaching model——Taking the Course of Public Security Administrative Law as an Example

摘要 公安院校教育是公安队伍战斗力生成的重要途径,然而“教不深、学不透、练不专、战不精”的育人困境,阻碍了“理论营地”与“实战前线”有机融合,弱化了业务精通、素质优良公安专业人才培养目标的实现。依托公安教育资源同频共振、从优配置、深度融合,建立课程、师资、资源多元联动教学模式,积极探索融“科学授课模式、智能学习载体、警情模拟实训、常态化实战机制”于一体的交叉渗透式培养方案,推进“教、学、练、战”教育环节无缝衔接,助力公安院校人才培养全面适应新时代公安工作的各项要求。 Education in public security colleges is an important way to generate the combat effectiveness of the public security team.However,the educational dilemma of“insufficient teaching,insufficient learning,insufficient training,and insufficient combat skills”hinders the organic integration of“theoretical camps”and“practical frontlines”,and weakens the achievement of the goal of cultivating professional talents with professional proficiency and excellent quality in public security.Relying on the resonance,optimized allocation,and deep integration of public security education resources,we will establish a diversified linkage teaching mode of curriculum,faculty,and resources,actively explore a cross penetration training program that integrates“scientific teaching mode,intelligent learning carrier,police situation simulation training,and normalized practical combat mechanism”,and promote seamless connection between“teaching,learning,training,and combat”education links,Assist public security colleges in cultivating talents that fully adapt to the various requirements of public security work in the new era.
