学科建设是公安院校的重要基础性工作,公安院校应该将“新公科”建设发展作为立校之本,分析研究新时期公安工作发展趋势,厘定“新公科”建设发展内涵,科学规划“新公科”发展战略,努力构建“新公科”理论体系,推进“新公科”规范化建设,促进“新公科”集群建设发展,不断强化“新公科”与公安工作发展动态适应调整,着重优化“新公科”生态环境,打造一流的公安特色学科,培养高质量公安实战人才,助推公安高等教育迈上新台阶。
