In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,e-commerce and social media,the crime of producing and selling fake drugs has gradually spread from the physical space to the network space.The crime of producing and selling fake drugs through the network has caused serious harm.Although it has been severely cracked down on by the public security organs,the situation is more serious because of its rich criminal profits.It is of great practical significance to study the characteristics of the crime,analyze the difficulties and crux of the investigation and crackdown,and provide the optimized suggestions for the investigation and handling of public security organs.
