疫情防控期间城乡结合部流动人口治安治理研究——以大兴区某城乡结合部为例

Research on the Public Security Governance on Migrants in the Urban-rural Fringe during the Period of Epidemic Prevention and Control——Take an Urban-rural Fringe in Daxing Area as an Example

疫情防控期间,城乡结合部呈现出警情变动幅度较大、疫情防控和治安秩序维护双重压力骤增、流动人口社会矛盾纠纷成因复杂化、影响扩散化的特征。针对社区治安参与网络尚不成熟、流动人口治安治理动力耗散、治安治理韧性不足的困境,应从依法、科学、自主理念入手,提升社区治安治理动力,零距离高质量打造最优服务,实现流动人口治理规范化。

During the period of epidemic prevention and control,the urban-rural fringe demonstrated the characteristics that police information varies within wide limits,dual pressure from epidemic prevention and control and the maintenance of public security order suddenly increases,causes of social contradictions and disputes among the migrants become complex,and its influence proliferates.In view of the difficulties in immature involvement of network in community security,dissipative power of security governance on migrants,and insufficient resilience in public security governance,we should start with the concept of law,science,and autonomy,improve the administrating motivation of community security,create the best service with high quality from zero distance,and realize the standardization of migrants’governance.
