摘要
公安院校课堂教学中教师承担课程设计、现场教学、师生互动、答疑解惑、课后总结等多项职责,是教学效果的主要决定者。"双师同堂授课",即两名教师各取所长、合力授课,已经取得明显的效果,并形成一部分理论研究成果。在"双师同堂授课"的基础上,试点"三师同堂授课"更胜于两名教师的教学优势。
In the classroom teaching of police colleges,teachers,who are the main determinants of teaching effect,are involves in many responsibilities including curriculum design,on-site teaching,teacher-student interaction,answering questions,summarizing after class."Double teachers teaching in one classroom",that is,two teachers taking advantage of their respective strengths and teaching together,has achieved obvious results and formed part of theoretical research results.On the basis of"double teachers teaching in one classroom",the pilot of"Tri-teacher teaching in one classroom"is better than two teachers teaching.
