摘要
建立新疆警察学院毕业生跟踪调查主客观指标体系,对2017-2019年度本科毕业生就业状况和用人单位的满意度进行统计与分析,找出培养过程的差距和不足,进一步理清教育教学思路,完善教育体制,提升毕业生就业能力。
The subjective and objective index system of tracking survey on graduates from Xinjiang Police College has been established to make statistics and analysis on the employment status of graduates from 2017 to 2019 and the satisfaction of employers,find out the gaps and deficiencies in education,further clarify the education and teaching ideas,improve the education system,and enhance the employability of graduates.
