我国现代公安刑事侦查发展大致经历了规范发展起步阶段;快速发展阶段;逐步完善等三个阶段。特别是十一届三中全会以后,刑事侦查工作得到全面恢复和发展,公安刑事侦查理论逐步完善,公安刑事侦查实践逐步创新,刑事侦查技术快速发展。

The development of modern public security criminal investigation in China has roughly experienced 3 stages:the initial stage of standardized development;rapid development stage;gradual perfect stage.Especially after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC,criminal investigation work has been fully restored and developed,and public security criminal investigation theory has been gradually improved,and public security criminal investigation practice has been gradually innovated,and criminal investigation technology has been rapidly developed.
