On the Value Realization of Humanistic Care in Ideological and Political Education of Xinjiang College Students

人文关怀是大学生思想政治教育的内在要求,是对大学生的价值肯定、尊重与关注,其本身具有价值属性与逻辑依据。新疆高校大学生有着鲜明特殊的群体特征,从价值的维度分析,新疆高校大学生思想政治教育中的人文关怀应体现在以下方面:在价值取向上,凸显全方位的关注与关爱;在价值功效上,体现温润之器;在价值实现上,注重人文教育的实效性。

Humanistic care is the intrinsic requirement of college students’ideological and political education,and it is the value affirmation,respect and concern for college students,which has its own value attribute and logical basis.College students in Xinjiang have distinctive and special group characteristics.From the dimension of value analysis,the humanistic care of Xinjiang college students’ideological and political education should be reflected in the following aspects:it highlights all-round attention and love in terms of value orientation;it embodies a warm and moist device in terms of value and efficacy;the effectiveness of humanistic education should be emphasized in terms of value realization.Only by focusing on the above value dimensions can we continuously enhance the practical effect of humanistic care in ideological and political education of college students in Xinjiang.
