Innovation and Development of Rural Police Service in the Background of Implementing Countryside Revitalization Strategy

在乡村振兴战略实施背景下,积极推进城乡警务一体化建设进程,创新农村警务,既是新时代社会治理创新的重要组成部分,也是政府加强基层治安治理,推进乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化的应有作为。创新之道有四,其一是创新警务管控能力;其二是创新警务体制机制;其三是创新警务治理理念;其四是创新警务预警模式。

In the background of countryside revitalization,it is significant to actively promote the integrated construction of urban-rural police service,and to innovate rural police service,which are parts of social governance innovation in the new era,rural governance system improvement and the modernization of governance capability. There are four aspects of rural police service needed to be innovated,including the capacity of police management and control,improvement of police service mechanism,police governance concept,and early warning modes of police service.
