电动汽车充电站动态鲁棒定价策略研究——考虑引力函数的优化设计

摘要 在“双碳”目标背景下,电动汽车与电网融合互动需要合理的价格机制为引导。电动汽车用户的无序充电行为可能导致一部分充电站拥堵频发,用户充电等待时间过长;另一部分充电站却产生闲置。基于此,本文提出考虑引力函数的电动汽车充电站动态鲁棒定价模型,旨在通过差异化的充电价格影响充电站引力,从而将电动汽车从充电插头拥挤的充电站引导到宽松的充电站中。最后,通过算例分析该定价方法在缓解充电站拥堵、提高充电站利润方面的优越性。研究结果为鼓励充电运营商因地制宜建设光储充一体化场站,促进交通与能源融合发展提供有益参考。 In the context of the“dual carbon”target,the integration and interaction between electric vehicles and the power grid require a reasonable pricing mechanism as a guide.The disorderly charging behavior of electric vehicle users can cause congestion and long waiting times at some charging stations,while others remain underutilized.Based on this,the article proposes a dynamic robust pricing model for electric vehicle charging stations.By considering the gravity function,the model aims to direct electric vehicles from crowded stations to less busy ones through differentiated pricing.Finally,numerical examples are used to analyze the effectiveness of this pricing method in reducing congestion and increasing profits at charging stations.The research provides valuable insights for encouraging charging operators to develop integrated photovoltaic storage and charging stations tailored to local conditions,thus promoting the integrated development of transportation and energy sectors.
