守护好“小调解”中的大民生——关于畅通价格争议纠纷调解“最后一公里”的调研报告

Protect the Great Livelihoods in the“Small Mediation”——Research report on the“Last Mile”of smooth price dispute mediation

党的十八大以来,各地价格认定机构扎实开展价格争议纠纷调解工作并取得实效,传递出政府部门的温度和速度。为持续提升工作质效,畅通价格争议纠纷调解“最后一公里”,调研组先后赴浙江、江苏和陕西三省进行实地调研,并对全国31个省份开展问卷调研,认真剖析“末梢堵点”原因,总结先进省份典型做法,提出有针对性的工作建议,进一步畅通调解渠道,以切实举措回应人民群众新要求、新期待。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,price determination institutions in various regions have solidly carried out mediation work on price disputes and achieved practical results,conveying the warmth and speed of government departments.In order to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of work,smooth the“last mile”of price dispute mediation,the research team has conducted on-site research in Zhejiang,Jiangsu,and Shaanxi provinces,and conducted questionnaire surveys in 31 provinces across the country,carefully analyzing the reasons for“peripheral bottlenecks”,summarizing typical practices of advanced provinces,proposing targeted work suggestions,further smoothing the mediation channels,and responding to the new demands and expectations of the people with practical measures.
