区域技术创新与医药制造业发展的耦合关系研究

Research on the Coupling Relationship between Regional Technological Innovation and the Development of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry

区域技术创新系统与医药制造业发展实现良性互动,对于提高区域技术创新能力、促进经济高质量发展具有重要意义。本文从区域技术创新与医药制造业发展的关系入手,并通过构建区域技术创新与医药制造业发展耦合协调评价模型,对我国31个省(自治区、直辖市)区域技术创新与医药制造业发展的耦合协调状况进行测度。结果显示:除个别省市外,我国区域技术创新能力与医药制造业的发展水平基本保持一致,但整体耦合协调状况有待提高;我国的区域技术创新与医药制造业发展的耦合协调具有空间差异性,总体呈现“东高西低”的格局。基于此,我国应在产业发展政策扶持的基础上全面推进医药制造业与新一代信息技术融合,提高医药制造业与各区域技术创新网络间的联结度,同时打造数字化链式技术创新扩散系统,以提升各地区技术创新能力,缩小地区经济发展差距。

The positive interaction between regional technology innovation system and the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is of great significance for improving regional technology innovation ability and promoting high-quality economic development.This paper starts with the relationship between regional technological innovation and the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,and measures the coupling coordination between regional technological innovation and the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government)by constructing a coupling coordination evaluation model of regional technological innovation and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.The results show that,except for individual provinces and cities,the development level of regional technological innovation ability is basically consistent with that of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,but the overall coupling coordination situation needs to be improved;The coupling coordination between regional technological innovation and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China has spatial differences,showing a pattern of“high in the east and low in the west”.Based on this,China should comprehensively promote the integration of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and a new generation of information technology on the basis of industrial development policy support,improve the connection degree between pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and regional technological innovation networks,and create a digital chain technological innovation diffusion system,in order to improve the technological innovation ability of various regions and narrow the regional economic development gap.
