摘要
2024年一季度,我国经济稳步回升,实现良好开局。工业生产有所加快,服务业延续良好增势,出口对经济增长的支撑作用增强,投资实现较快增长,服务消费和新型消费均保持较好发展势头。但也应看到,中国经济回升向好势头仍不稳固,投资增长的基础有待夯实,房地产市场仍处于调整状态,外贸面临更趋复杂的国际环境,价格依然在低位运行,社会融资规模和货币存量增速放缓。为巩固和增强经济回升向好态势,仍要加大宏观政策力度,进一步提振全社会发展信心,推动更加积极的财政政策落地见效,实施好稳健的货币政策,因城施策稳定房地产市场,以增收为目标促进扩大消费,坚定不移深化改革、扩大开放。
In the first quarter of 2024,China’s economy steadily rebounded and achieved a good start.Industrial production has accelerated,the service industry has continued to grow well,the supporting role of exports in economic growth has strengthened,investment has achieved rapid growth,and both service consumption and new consumption have maintained a good development momentum.It should also be noted that the rebound of the Chinese economy is still not stable,the foundation for investment growth needs to be consolidated,the real estate market is still in a state of adjustment,foreign trade is facing a more complex international environment,prices are still operating at low levels,and the growth rate of social financing scale and currency stock is slowing down.To consolidate and enhance the positive trend of economic recovery,we still need to increase macroeconomic policy efforts,further boost the confidence of the whole society in development,promote more proactive fiscal policies to be implemented and effective,implement a prudent monetary policy,implement policies tailored to the city to stabilize the real estate market,promote consumption expansion with the goal of increasing income,and firmly deepen reform and opening up.
