我国数字贸易发展及其省域综合评价研究——基于对福建省域数字贸易发展定量测度分析

Study on China’s Digital Trade Development and Its Comprehensive Evaluation in Provincial Level——Based on quantitative measurement analysis of digital trade development in Fujian province

数字贸易是衔接内外贸、畅通“双循环”的有效抓手。我国数字贸易发展态势良好,数字化技术与产品逐步向纵深推进,福建省作为东南沿海的经济大省,数字经济发展迅速。构建四维分析框架,采用基于主客观复合赋权法的综合评价模型,以福建省为例,对其数字贸易发展水平进行定量测度综合评价。研究发现:(1)从福建省域内定量测度数字贸易发展水平看,厦门市、福州市数字贸易发展属于第一梯次,泉州市属于第二梯次,莆田市、漳州市、宁德市划为第三梯次,龙岩市、南平市、三明市归为第四梯次;(2)影响数字贸易发展的要素中,软件、跨境电商等产业发展以及发明专利拥有量、贸易开放度等因素对数字贸易发展水平的影响最大,重点产业体系是数字贸易发展的根本支撑,数字技术创新水平、数字贸易潜力则展现数字贸易未来发展前景。基于此,应夯实产业发展根基,拓展数字技术创新应用,积极参与数字贸易规则标准制定,加速释放数字贸易发展潜力。

Digital trade is an effective means to connect domestic and foreign trade and smooth the“dual circulation”.The development of digital trade in China is quite well.Its digital technology is continually advancing and adopts to more and more products.Fujian Province is a major economic province in China’s southeast coast,which is experiencing rapid development in the digital economy.In order to explore the digital trade development in China and make comprehensive eval-uation for it in provincial level,this article constructs a four-dimensional analysis framework and adopts a comprehensive e-valuation model based on subjective and objective composite weighting method to quantitatively evaluate Fujian’s digital trade development level.The research result shows that(1)Xiamen city and Fuzhou city have the highest level of digital trade development within Fujian Province.And Quanzhou city’s level is the second highest.Putian city,Zhangzhou city,and Ningde city’s digital trade development level is worse than the level of Quanzhou city.Furthermore,Longyan city,Nanping city,and Sanming city’s data shows the least developed level in digital trade development.(2)the development of industries such as software and cross-border e-commerce,invention patent ownership and trade openness are factors that make most significant impact on digital trade development level.The key industrial system is the fundamental support for the develop-ment of digital trade,while the level of digital technology innovation and the potential of digital trade demonstrate the promising future of digital trade.Based on this,it is essential to solidify the foundation of industrial development,expand the innovative application of digital technology,actively participate in the formulation of digital trade rules and standards,and accelerate the release of the potential for digital trade development.
