平台智慧监管标尺设计:价格非理性测算与实证数据分析

Benchmark Design of Platform Smart Supervision(PSS):Measurement and Empirical Data Analysis in Irrational Price

智慧监管是考虑平台系统状态且借助大数据和人工智能技术实现的监管手段。引入大数据处理信息与熵测算方法,对平台在交易匹配和交易达成过程中的价格非理性进行测算,获得平台价格非理性的测量结果,作为平台智慧监管标尺。抓取平台实时数据,选择切片数据和总体数据,以挂面、面包、食用油及橙子的价格数据,进行基于交易匹配与基于交易达成的价格非理性测算。分析发现,平台供需稳定的商品,交易匹配的平台价格非理性低于替代性较高的商品;个体交易达成的平台价格非理性会被群体交易达成的平台价格非理性所拟合。实时数据测算的平台价格非理性值,为平台价格监管提供新标尺,也为数字经济背景下的平台监管提供有益参考。

Platform Smart Supervision is a regulatory tool in that considers the status of the platform systems and utilizes big data and artificial intelligence technology.In providing the big data processing information and entropy calculation meth-ods,it measures the price irrationality in the platform in the process of transaction matching,completion,and obtains the measurement results of the platform’s price irrationality as a benchmark for smart supervision of the platform.In the paper,we handle the real-time data from the platform,select the slice data and massing data.For the test method,we use price data of the noodles,the bread,the edible oil,and the oranges to conduct irrational price calculations based on transaction match-ing and transaction completion.The results reveal that products with stable supply and demand on the platform have irrational prices lower than products with higher alternative in transaction matching;The irrationality of platform prices achieved through individual transactions will be fitted by the irrationality of platform prices achieved through group transactions.The irrational value of platform prices calculated through real-time data provides a new benchmark for platform price regulation and it will be a useful reference for platform regulation in the context of the digital economy.
