数字经济对流通业高质量发展影响研究

The Impact of the Digital Economy on the High-quality Development of the Circulation Industry

数字经济赋能流通业发展,为推进高质量现代流通体系建设注入新动力。本文在梳理相关理论研究的基础上,构建数字经济与流通业高质量发展水平指标体系,采用熵值法进行综合评价,并运用2013-2020年全国30个省、自治区、直辖市的面板数据,实证检验数字经济对流通业高质量发展的影响。研究结果表明:数字经济显著推动流通业高质量发展;数字经济促进效应存在维度差异,表现为数字产业化促进效果显著,产业数字化促进效果不显著;数字经济促进效应存在区域异质性,表现为中部最大、东部次之、西部最小。基于研究结论,为更好利用数字经济赋能流通业高质量发展,从统筹考虑多因素影响、提高产业数字化程度、注重区域协调发展三个方面提出相应的政策启示。

The digital economy empowers the development of the circulation industry and injects new impetus into promoting the construction of a high-quality modern circulation system.On the basis of reviewing relevant theoretical research,this article constructs an indicator system for the high-quality development level of the digital economy and circulation industry.The entropy method is used for comprehensive evaluation,and panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2020 are used to empirically test the impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the circulation industry.The research results indicate that the digital economy significantly promotes the high-quality development of the circulation industry;There are differences in the dimensions of the promotion effect of the digital economy,manifested as significant effects of digital industrialization promotion and insignificant effects of industrial digitization promotion;The promotion effect of the digital economy exhibits regional heterogeneity,with the largest in the central region,followed by the eastern region,and the smallest in the western region.Based on the research findings,in order to better utilize the digital economy to empower the high-quality development of the circulation industry,corresponding policy implications are proposed from three aspects:overall consideration of multiple factors,improvement of industrial digitalization,and emphasis on regional coordinated development.
