流通数字化对全国商品统一大市场建设的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Circulation Digitization Enabling the Construction of a Unified National Commodity Market

建设全国统一大市场是筑牢构建我国新发展格局的基础支撑和内在要求,流通数字化有效促进全国商品统一大市场建设进程。本文分别利用熵值法与相对价格法测算2013-2021年我国31个省域的流通数字化发展水平和商品统一大市场建设程度;采用双向固定效应、系统GMM等模型进行实证分析,研究发现:数字流通基础设施和产业基础、商流、物流和资金流数字化均显著促进全国商品统一大市场的建设;流通数字化对全国商品统一大市场建设的促进作用具有地区异质性,西部地区最为明显。因此,应协同推进全国数字流通设施和产业基础建设,因地制宜发展流通数字化,营造自由流通的产业环境,加快构建开放、统一的商品大市场体系。

Building a unified national market is the basic support and inherent requirements for constructing new development patterns of China,and the digital circulation effectively promotes the process of building a unified national commodity market.In this paper,entropy method and relative price method are used to estimate the development level of digital circulation and the construction degree of unified large commodity market in 31 provinces of China from 2013 to 2021.Two-way fixed effect and system GMM models are used for empirical analysis.The results show that digitalization of digital circulation infrastructure,industrial base,business flow,logistics and capital flow all significantly promote the construction of a unified national commodity market.The promotion effects of circulation digitalization on the construction of national unified commodity market have regional heterogeneity,and the western region is the most obvious.Therefore,it is necessary to jointly promote the construction of national digital circulation facilities and industrial infrastructure,develop digital circulation according to local conditions,create an industrial environment for free circulation,and accelerate the construction of an open and unified commodity market system.
