战略性新兴产业代表新一轮科技革命和产业变革的方向,是培育发展新动能、获取未来竞争新优势的关键领域,也是决定区域新质生产力和未来竞争力的“战略力量”。研究战略性新兴产业竞争力对高质量发展具有重要意义。基于战略性新兴产业文献综述,对安徽、河南等中部五省战略性新兴产业进行现状评估和竞争力预测,建议安徽、湖北和河南选择SO增长型战略,湖南和江西选择ST多元化战略。应优化高端要素市场配置,增强创新创业创造活力,加强产业政策动态调整,营造国际一流的营商环境,提高产业协同融合水平,打造中西部地区战略性新兴产业发展高地。

Strategic emerging industries represent the direction of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,and are key areas for cultivating new driving forces for development and obtaining new competitive advantages in the future.They are also the“strategic force”that determine regional new quality productivity and future competitiveness.Studying the competitiveness of strategic emerging industries is of great significance for high-quality development.Based on a literature review of strategic emerging industries,this paper evaluates the current situation and predicts the competitiveness of strategic emerging industries in five central provinces,including Anhui and Henan.It is recommended that Anhui,Hubei,and Henan choose the SO growth strategy,while Hunan and Jiangxi choose the ST diversification strategy.We should optimize the allocation of high-end factor markets,enhance the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship,strengthen the dynamic adjustment of industrial policies,create an international first-class business environment,improve the level of industrial synergy and integration,and create a strategic emerging industry development highland in the central and western regions.
