高速铁路发展对城市金融集聚效应的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 高速铁路发展促进了生产要素的流动和优化配置,促进了多种城市功能集聚。本文利用全国30个省会城市和直辖市统计数据以及高铁数据,通过构建双重差分模型分析高速铁路网络发展对城市金融集聚的影响。研究结果表明:(1)高速铁路的发展对城市金融集聚产生了促进作用。(2)高速铁路对城市金融集聚的影响具有多维性,既有“高速铁路—城市金融集聚”的直接效应,也有通过产业集聚所体现出来的中介效应。(3)高速铁路对城市金融集聚的影响具有区域异质性。高铁发展对西部地区的促进效应要强于对东部地区的促进效应,而高铁发展对中部地区城市金融集聚的影响最弱。基于此,应继续推进高铁建设,优化高铁网络布局,关注高速铁路发展产生的区域间资源分配效应,充分利用高铁的集聚效应推动城市产业结构转型升级。 The development of high-speed railway promotes the free flow of production factors and the optimal allocation of production resources,which promotes the agglomeration of various urban functions.Based on the statistical data of 30 provincial capitals and municipalities in China as well as high-speed railway data from 2005 to 2022,this paper quantitatively analyzed the impact of high-speed rail-way network development on urban financial agglomeration by using Difference-in-Difference model.The results show that:(1)The development of high-speed railway has promoted the urban financial agglomeration.(2)The impact of high-speed railway on urban financial agglomeration is multi-dimensional,including the direct effect of“high-speed railway to urban financial agglomeration”and the intermediary effect reflected by industrial agglomeration.(3)The impact of high-speed railway on urban financial agglomeration has regional heterogeneity.The promotion effect of high-speed railway development on the western cities is stronger than that on the eastern cities,while the impact of high-speed railway development on urban financial agglomeration in the central cities is the weakest.Based on this,the paper sug-gests that we should continue to promote the construction of high-speed railway and optimize the layout of high-speed railway network.At the same,we should pay attention to the inter-regional resource allocation effect caused by the development of high-speed railway,and make full use of the agglomeration effect of high-speed railway to promote the transformation and upgrading of urban industrial structure.
