风险偏好视角下农户政策性农业保险投保行为研究

A Study on Farmers'Policy Based Agricultural Insurance Behavior from the Perspective of Risk Preference

政策性农业保险是防范和化解农业风险的重要工具,探究农户投保行为及影响因素对完善和优化相关支持政策具有重要意义。结合海南省507户农户调查数据,运用Double-Hurdle和ISM模型分析风险偏好对农户投保行为的影响,以及各影响因素间的关联关系和层次结构。研究发现:风险偏好对农户投保决策有负向影响,对投保程度有正向影响;影响农户投保决策的中间层因素是种植规模、种植年限和社会网络,深层因素是年龄、受教育程度和政府支持;影响农户投保程度的中间层因素是种植规模和网络信息搜索,深层因素是受教育程度、村干部引导和灾害冲击。

Policy based agricultural insurance is an important tool for preventing and resolving agricultural risks.Exploring farmers'insurance behavior and influencing factors is of great significance for improving and optimizing relevant support policies.Based on the survey data of 507 households in Hainan Province,the Double Hurdle and ISM models were used to analyze the impact of risk preference on farmers'insurance behavior,as well as the correlation and hierarchical structure between various influencing factors.Research has found that risk preference has a negative impact on farmers'insurance decisions and a positive impact on the degree of insurance coverage;The middle level factors that affect farmers'insurance decisions are planting scale,planting years,and social network,while the deep level factors are age,education level,and government support;The intermediate factors that affect farmers'insurance coverage are planting scale and online information search,while the deeper factors are education level,guidance from village officials,and disaster impact.
