数字化转型背景下电力企业数据合规营销内控体系研究 被引量:3

摘要 电力企业在我国经济发展进程中的地位极为关键,做好数字化转型能够通过完善服务环节和优化工作流程更好地实现企业的高效率、高质量、高效益发展。在此背景下,电力企业数据合规也显得愈发重要。因此,本文通过研究数字化转型背景下电力企业数据合规风险内控体系,建立电力企业数据合规管理框架,并在此基础上,构建数据合规营销风险内控评价模型,为电力企业数据合规化提供风险评价的方法。营销内控是指企业为达到经营目标,需要确保企业数据资产等资料的正确性和可靠性,从而保障企业营销活动的效率和效果。电力企业要做到营销风险内控体系的完善,必须要依托于电力企业的数据合规化,要做到以提升效率为目标的智能化,以保护用户信息安全及企业风险评估的体系化。数据合规化的终极目的是为了营销服务,建立营销内控管理框架和评价体系,这对于电力营销的优化具有积极意义。 The position of the electric power enterprises in the economic development process in our country is extremely critical,focusing on digital transformation can improve the service link and optimize the workflow to achieve better high-efficiency,high-quality,high-benefit development.In this context,the data compliance of power enterprises is becoming more and more important.This paper provides a risk evaluation method for data compliance of electric power enterprises by establishing the data compliance management framework of electric power enterprises,and constructing the internal management evaluation model of the marketing risk of data compliance.Internal marketing system refers to the need for enterprises to ensure the correctness and reliability of data assets and other materials in order to achieve business objectives,which needs to ensure the efficiency and effect of marketing activities.In order to improve the internal management system of marketing risk,electric power enterprises must rely on the data compliance,and realize the importance of the intelligence aiming at improving efficiency,so as to protect the user information security and the systematization of enterprise risk assessment.The ultimate purpose of data compliance is to establish marketing internal management framework and evaluation system for marketing services.These has a positive significance on the optimization of the electric power marketing.
